Delete your data

Film Alchemy · app.filmalchemy · Last updated 6 September 2026

Film Alchemy has no account. You never gave us an email address, a password or a name, so there is no account to close — only two small things to delete, and you can do both yourself in seconds.

What actually exists

WhatWhere it lives
Your progress — films found, unlocks, streak, charges, settings, nickname and avatar On your device only. It is never sent to us.
Your leaderboard row — the nickname you chose, the actor avatar you picked, your star totals and films-found count Our database, but only if you have opened the Rankings tab at least once.
Feedback notes you chose to send, and the anonymous id attached to them Our database, only if you wrote one.
An anonymous sign-in id — a random string, not linked to you Our database. It is what ties your leaderboard row to you and to nothing else.

Delete it yourself — immediate

Nothing here needs to go through us, and none of it needs an account.

Ask us instead

If the app will not open, you have already uninstalled it, or you would simply rather we did it, email us and we will.

Email a deletion request

Because there is no account, we need one thing to find you: the nickname shown on your leaderboard row. If you never set one, the game gave you a name like Silent Grip 11 — that works too. Without it there is genuinely nothing for us to look up, and we would rather tell you that than delete somebody else's row.

We answer deletion requests within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. You will get a reply confirming what was removed.

What gets deleted, and what does not

Adverts

The game shows optional rewarded adverts, and only when you tap a button asking for one. Google AdMob uses your device's advertising ID for those. You can reset or delete that ID for every app at once in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and where a consent form is required you can change your answer from Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game.
